Melbourne CBD , Melbourne Airport, Broadmeadows corridor provides the
opportunity for a stage in a regional and interstate extension to the north of
Melbourne, This would link key regional centres of Seymour, Shepparton and
Wodonga to Melbourne and position them on route to an interstate corridor.
The
Geelong corridor gives the opportunity for a staging of interstate connection to
Adelaide, bringing the central Victorian centre of Ballarat within close
proximity to both Melbourne and Geelong.
