Step 1: Cut a 100mm piece of aluminium door track to use as the
vehicle and two 500mm lengths of aluminium angle to use as the guide way.
Step 2: Connect the two lengths of angle together in a 'T'
configuration as shown to form your guide way. Secure the two lengths using
nail clips (from Office Works)
Step 3: Attach 16 small door hinge magnets with super glue to the
top side of the guide way. Ensure that all magnets on the guide way have a
similar upper side polarity. (This can be checked by running another magnet
across the face of the guide way magnets) |
